About
Who are you beneath the roles you play, the stories you carry, and the expectations placed upon you?
Join us for Who Am I? an intimate evening of meditation, self-inquiry, and relational mindfulness facilitated by Māhā. He is visiting Vancouver from Los Angeles for a limited time, and this a rare opportunity to experience his unique offerings.
Through somatic grounding, guided reflection, and structured two-person practices, we’ll explore what becomes possible when we slow down, listen deeply, and meet ourselves and one another with presence and curiosity.
The evening will include:
Limited spots available.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to settle in. Because the experience builds progressively, entry may not be possible more than 15 minutes after the workshop begins.
Organized by Neuranian Wisdom School (@neuranian), facilitated by Māhā (@mahyar) and hosted by Sepi (@sepizen) at Studio Roots.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Māhā is a mindfulness facilitator and meditation teacher based in Los Angeles, who has been practicing meditation since 2014. He completed the UCLA Mindfulness Teacher Training Program and has studied mindfulness, relational mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, and trauma-sensitive approaches to meditation. His work focuses on creating welcoming spaces for people to slow down, become more present, and explore deeper connections with themselves and others. Through guided meditation and relational practices, Māhā invites participants to discover what becomes possible when we take the time to truly listen, be present, and meet one another with openness and curiosity.
